Short: HD Install script/loader/fix for Zool 2 V2.0

This installer requires the Zool 2 original disks (2)

PATCHES DONE:

- Old install script replaced (it was shit)
- Better startup script for DOS version (040 and 060, fast VBR support)
- *new* JST HD loader version using OS Emu (quit key numerical '*')
- Main executable decrunched
- Protection removed

Full DOS version: If you get the message: insufficient memory, just boot without startup-sequence
and it will work.

JST version: everything should work OK from workbench. You need OSEmu.400 installed in JST drawer
If you encounter an access fault exception just after character selection message, contact me.

Caution: if you upgrade from an already installed version, you've got to rename the
Z2DH1 and Z2DH2 directories respectively to Z2D1 and Z2D2.
