Short: HD Installer for Test Drive II & patch V1.1

This installer requires the Test Drive II original disk. You can also install level
disks and car disks.

PATCHES DONE:

- No need to disable the caches. This is done at bootup. 040/060 support.
- Installer script which avoids some read/write errors due to the protection
- GFX bugs removed by using Nofastmem
- Disk protection removed (done by anonymous)


Follow the installation procedure with the installer script provided.
After that, click on the TD2 icon in your game directory to run the game.
No need to disable caches/VBR or assign anything here. All is done by the program.
The script also uses the "NoFastmem" program (sys:system/ drawer).

With fast memory used, the game suffers from GFX bugs for me. Using NoFastmem
corrects the bugs.
First try without it to see if you've got some bugs (no need to slow down the game
if it works OK).
Anyway, at the end of the program, NoFastmem is called again, and fast memory becomes
available again.

You can edit the startup script to see/change the assigns and add/remove some
degrade commands.
This can be useful if you
want to use different car disks or scenery disks (if it exists).

for 680x0 or write HD-Installers (not for cracked versions. Please don't ask)
